The piston feeder GEBAR type GPT-1000 is destined to mix mineral and/or gypsum-mineral binders (including granulated binders) with liquids. The feeder is able to pump those binders on high distances constantly or periodically and is capable of gunning in underground excavations classified as levels a and b of methane explosion hazard and levels A or B of coal dust explosion hazard.

The feeder is made of following components:

1. The supporting frame
2. The pre-chamber of the mixer 
3. The sucking chamber 
4. The pumping system
5. The drive

All mentioned pieces of the device are installed on the frame, which has also the function of sleight, allowing transportation in underground excavations of mining companies

Description:

The pre-mixing chamber and the sucking chamber are destined to produce the mixture of specially selected components and water. They also store it before and during the process of pumping mixture to the destined place. Both chambers have mixing shafts, with replaceable stirrers. The ready mixture is pumped to the pressing hose by the pumping system, which is a two-cylinder piston pump with mechanical timing, the system of pressing-sucking valves and the safety valve. There is a possibility of changing the efficiency of pumping, by changing the placement of the belt in the belt transmission. The drive (driving system) is made of the engine (for example electrical), gear and belt transmission system and clutch, which allows the disengagement the pumping set with running mixing shafts of pre-mixing chamber and sucking chamber. There is also a possibility of transmission of the drive only on the shaft of pre-mixing chamber, which id profitable in cyclic work of the device. The optional compressor may be used for gunning. 

A version without a pre-mixing chamber is also available.
