Special carts „Gebar” with regulated height of reload and transport of rechargeable batteries.

Product Purpose and Design: The “GEBAR 5.5 t” special vehicle is designed for the efficient transport and reloading of battery locomotive batteries on mine levels, between levels, and to the surface. An integral part of the vehicle’s design is a pneumatic lift coupled to a hand-operated hydraulic pump, which allows for the lifting and lowering of an empty vehicle or a vehicle with a battery attached. The lift’s hydraulic system allows for the lifting and lowering of the vehicle at any time.

Battery transport: The vehicle is lowered, and its low center of gravity ensures significantly greater transport stability than previously used solutions. At the same time, during transport, wheelsets, buffers, and couplers absorb unnecessary energy thanks to special shock absorption.

Battery Reloading: The solutions used in our product enable direct reloading of batteries from the locomotive body to the vehicle and vice versa, as well as direct reloading of batteries from the loading table to the vehicle and vice versa.

Advantages of using the “Gebar 2.1 t” and “Gebar 5.5 t” special trucks

  • Elimination of the loading and unloading process of battery crane batteries and related restrictions,
  • Elimination of handling problems related to the differences in heights of individual locomotives and battery charging tables,
  • Achieving a high level of comfort and safety when transporting battery batteries.

The “GEBAR 5.5 t” special truck can be operated in mine workings classified as “a”, “b”, or “c” methane explosion hazards and “A” or “B” coal dust explosion hazards. The truck has a current approval from the President of the State Mining Authority.
