Tachometer for locomotives GEBAR type GTL 16/01

The GEBAR GTL-16/01 tachometer is a new-generation, intrinsically safe device used to display and record selected vehicle operating parameters. The tachometer’s color touchscreen allows for easy reading and selection of parameters. Swiping your finger horizontally across the screen or using the three illuminated buttons located at the bottom of the screen switches to one of the device’s operating modes, while three dual counters (permanent and resettable) allow for the display and recording of distance traveled, driving time, and vehicle operating time.

The tachometer also allows for visualization of recorded data using a PC. The tachometer’s non-volatile memory stores, among other things, vehicle operating functions and real-time clock data. This memory can store data for up to 25 years. All recorded tachometer readings can be read on a PC by transferring the programmer’s SD card to the computer or (we recommend) using the GPTL programmer, by wirelessly copying them from the tachometer and uploading them to the PC using the program supplied free of charge with the device. After selecting the desired data in the program: vehicle number, year, and day of the year for which you wish to view the data, the program provides graphical data visualization. Alternatively, instead of a dedicated program, you can use a spreadsheet program, such as Excel, by selecting the data file from the vehicle data storage location on the PC.

The tachometer is suitable for operation in underground mines classified as methane explosion hazard levels “a”, “b,” and “c” and coal dust explosion hazard classes A and B (category I, group M2), as confirmed by the EU type examination certificate issued by the KOMAG Institute of Transport and Transport Engineering.
